Pursuant to CSC Office Memorandum No. 32 s. 1997 dated June 23, 1997, an awarding ceremony for CSE Passers will be undertaken by the CSCRO concerned.
As such, may we request you to be present on July 31, 2012 at 9:00 am at the event Center, SM City Pampanga, City of San Fernando, Pampanga for the awarding of your Certificate of Eligibility (CoE). You are required to bring two (2) valid ID’s and two (2) passport size pictures, taken within three (3) months with complete name tag and signature similar to the one submitted during the filing of application and the accomplished CSC Form-E6 attached. Digitally enhanced, scanned or photocopied picture is not allowed. Name tag should not be computer generated.
